I request BC.Game team to either:

as u can understand from the title . its been 24 days since i made a huge deposit of 4500 inr here and till date i have not got it here nor the 7 days guaranteed credit which bc has set up have actually credited anything . All my submissions have been done properly all documents bank statements have been provided but till today i have not gotten any response on the 7 days guaranteed credit ( its been 17 days tbh since the submission for 7 days guaranteed credit thing now ) and u guys have limited the messaging to 5 messages on submissions so we cant even message to whats going on and live support is just ur AI thats always telling us ticket is being processed non sense so no point in that

Fake gambling limits

I hope this serves as a warning for players of this website.

In the responsible gaming section, BC pretends to have a 'Gambling Limits' option where you can set loss limits and wager limits. These DO NOT work, under any circumstance. I set a loss limit of $10 and I was still able to play and lose over $5k. I then added a $20 wager limit just to check if that was fake too, played the amount needed to trigger it, and nothing happened. Both limits still show as $10 and $20 left.

This did not seem a scummy casino, so I'm hoping they'll fix this and refund the losses.

Confused about how this is working now… I’ve been gambling with BC for a long time almost 5 years and throughout most of my time it’s been a fair/good experience. But lately it hasn’t felt that way. Feels like everything good that bc was known for has slowly been stripped away. So I stopped gambling for a month or so just to get my spending in check and take a breather when I stopped I lost access to my VIP host. I was told that if I Wagered over $50,000.00 in 30 days I would gain access to my Host again. The past few months I’ve gambled over that amount multiple times and somehow still haven’t heard a thing from my host. So I messaged the support team and they give me that same old robotic answer which really isn’t an answer. Now I figured I’ve been due a lossback bonus for months now and I’m hoping that BC will help out with this. I’m a Level 59 VIP it’s been nothing but disappointing losses ever since this site got updated. Can someone from management help a loyal customer?
